The COMIN FOR THAT #1 SPOT MIDDLE SCHOOL SHOWCASE is the premier Middle School Basketball exposure event in Florida. Formerly known as the NEW BALANCE INVITATIONAL CAMP this event has attracted some of Florida’s best young prospects.  We are looking for the future Division I prospects!  Do you have the talent and are willing to compete against others?  If so this is the event to attend!

The state's TOP rising 6th, 7th and 8th Grade BOYS and GIRLS will compete in Miami, Florida.
Let's See What You Have!

Coach Perkins runs his event a little different that other events.  He places and emphasis on team play, defense and effort, games and drills which give young players the chance to see if they can handle the pressure against the best in their class.  This event has attracted some of Florida's top players such as, Kasey Hill, Dallas Moore, Tim Hardaway Jr., Robert Brown And Scottie Wilbekin in their early development stage.

For those that have the talent to compete at a high level and strive to get to the next level this event is for you!

THIS EVENT IS ONE OF FLORIDA'S ONLY MIDDLE SCHOOL EXPOSURE EVENTS.

This event is limited to the First 40 Middle School players to sign up.  This is NOT an invitation-only event.

This event is a individual event and not a team event.  Please be advised that all spots are on a "First-Come-First-Served" basis and no slots will be reserved.

  3. Coach Perk, thanks for putting together an event like this for middle school players. I am surprised not to see any Team Florida, Elite Ballers or SF Elite players.

  5. Word on the street is that: Jaren Johnson FL Flash, Maxime Demus FL Cats, Ermes Lopez SFL Panthers, and one of the D3 players were the top players at the event and battled throughout the competition. Hopefully, Coach Perkins will provide a recap of his observations and evaluations shortly. Also, it appears that some of these players were invited to try out for an Elite team (no further info) comprised of players throughout FL. Gentlemen do not rest on your laurels for someone is always working hard to catch and surpass each of you! Congrats!!

  6. Balsa Team FL and Immanuel West Elite Ballers would have definitely been in contention for top player had they attended the event because there arent many skilled "big man" in this age group in SFLA. Guard play is very strong in SFLA and awaiting Coach Perkins evaluation of the players that did attend. Too bad more of the top players didnt attend. Nonetheless, these players will continue to battle each other in Middle School this year.
